Spencer Carlisle, Communications
Spencer oversees and develops advanced communications systems and designs integration architecture for the Company's products. Spencer managed an eight year project developing a unique packet radio network capable of wide-area communications with millions of end points. The wireless network utility project currently contains 41,000 radios, expanding at a rate of several thousand radios per year. The system is the largest, mesh-type wireless network in the world, covering a 50,000 square mile area and is utilized for a variety of remote control and monitoring applications. During his twenty five years with SCE, he has demonstrated unparalleled expertise in the development and implementation of advanced electric utility systems including radio frequency, distribution system automation, solid state metering and renewable generation. Spencer acted as R&D Project Manager for the installation of the world's largest (at the time), grid-connected 1 MW photovoltaic power plant at SCE's Lugo substation. He has provided hundreds of general and in-depth training sessions to utilities and organizations. Spencer has worked effectively with the California PUC, the California State Energy Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, the DOE, the Electric Power Research Institute, the Utilities Telecommunication Council and a number of local government agencies. He earned his Electrical Engineering degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Spencer lives in the Pasadena area with his Wife where they have raised two children.

Henry Logan, Lead Engineer
Henry manages, coordinates and leads the planning, development and integration efforts of our engineering team. He brings over 30 years of experience in SCADA system design and implementation expertise to the Company. His broad capabilities include supervisory control and monitoring architecture for the water/waste water industries, electric power generation, oil and gas exploration, scientific data collection and heavy machinery. His advanced proficiencies in PLC programming spread across Allen Bradley, Modicon, Square D, Direct Logix Controllers, GE, Siemens and Hewlett Packard. He is a software authority on PLC Ladder Logic, Rockwell FactoryTalk/RSView, GE Cimplicity, Oracle Database Manger, Microsoft SQL and Access as well as Visual Basic, C and C++. Henry has extensive experience integrating telemetry based systems with smart radios, having once covered more than 70 remote locations over a 30 square mile terrain. Henry graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1977 with a Bachelors Degree in Physics. He is married with two children and resides in the San Diego area, where he can play golf year round.

Donna Merhab, Business Development
As a Principal of the Company, Donna consults all areas of the business, but targets her attention towards sales and strategic planning. She has more than twenty years experience in electronics and was the Founder and President of Rand Technology. She controlled all aspects of finance, marketing and personnel with unparalleled expertise in sales and customer relationships. Donna received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award while growing annual sales to more than $300 million and becoming one of the largest memory broker companies in the world. She is an expert in sales force training and deployment, having built and managed hundreds of staff across three continents. Donna lives in the San Diego area with her Husband, Son and four dogs and is an avid baseball fan. She is a champion of renewable energy and continues her passion to help others with her philanthropic efforts.



Mark Merhab, President
Mark is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the Company as well as strategic alliances and investments, joint ventures and partnerships. He has spent the past two decades in management and finance, primarily as an independent consultant. He is an expert in business development and operations and a skilled and experienced professional on corporate governance, financial analysis and capital investment. Mark is acting President of March Real Estate Group, a real estate development, consulting and marketing firm in Southern California. He was Vice President, Secretary and a Principal of the High Growth Capital Group, a financial publishing and reporting firm, where he served as the Managing Editor, and financial analyst, for several investment publications and as Director of Investor and Public Relations. He has successfully served as a Director on numerous private and public boards. Mark is currently Chairman of the Board of the Angels Baseball Foundation, the non-profit arm of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, focused on supporting youth charity organizations throughout the southland. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Mark lives with his Wife, Son and four dogs in the San Diego area where they enjoy being outdoors together as much as possible.

Nickolas Moceri III, Vice President
Nick directs and manages all design, installation and integration of the communications and SCADA systems for SSI. His expertise began with AT&T Submarine Systems in undersea cable engineering practices and installation of fiber optic systems worldwide. He later became a United States Merchant Marine Third Officer while aboard their submarine cable fleet. Nick has retrofitted a multitude of data communications and low voltage systems for various municipalities, water and waste water treatment plants and wide area traffic and control networks. His SCADA and hybrid communications integration experiences have been utilized by wind farm operators, solar power generators and numerous State and Local governments and Department of Defense contractors. Nick is an expert in network infrastructure evaluation, design, and all facets of construction disciplines. He and his daughter live in San Diego where they enjoy boating and spending time together at the beach.
